PREPARATION
Proudly handcrafted. We use our own sourdough “lievito madre” and the “pirlatura” (rounding of the dough) is done strictly by hand. It takes us almost two days of work to create this delight.
Try it with a warm zabaglione or lemon flavoured custard and why not ... with ice cream!
