PREPARATION
From the sourdough yeast to the "working of the dough" this Italian specialty is entirely handcrafted. The dough is worked by hand to ensure the best consistency and aroma.

You will fall in love after the first bite…. But there are still so many ways in which you can enjoy the Pandoro! Try some good custard on the side or add some dark chocolate or a mascarpone cream with rum drops for a really interesting taste.
