UNDER PROCESSING

Proudly handcrafted. We use our mother yeast, the "pirlatura" is done strictly by hand. To obtain this delight it takes almost two days of work.

Eaten at room temperature with the layered filling made of DA RE preserves: try it with Emilian Green Sauce, Grilled Aubergines in Oil and Red Tuna.

Lightly toasted to create the delicious Club Sandwich proposed by chef Marchini, ready in an instant: try it with Emilian Green Sauce, Creamed Cod in Mediterranean Sauce, fresh lettuce leaves and an emulsion with yogurt and red turnip powder.
