PREPARATION
The peppers are slowly baked in the oven and then hand peeled, one by one. The juice is caught up to concentrate the flavours and mixed into the jar with the peppers.
In combination with cold pasta, maybe even a whole wheat type, or with an entrecote, freshly seared in a pan.
75% peppers, basil, garlic, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil.
