With a delicate taste, this ragù is the lightest among our robust meat sauces. We treat this cut of meat with oil and bay leaves which give an excellent flavour to pasta. We have selected simple and authentic ingredients to offer you so much goodness with great comfort.

PREPARATION
We select the best chicken thighs and add shallot, tomatoes, bay leaf, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. We chop, cook and brown all the ingredients together to offer you a taste of the Emilian "countryside" at your own home.

This ragù goes very well with short pasta or egg-based pasta. It is tasty yet not overwhelming and can be enjoyed in any season. You only need to heat it for a few minutes, even in the microwave with the cap removed. Also try it as a condiment for a risotto or on croutons for a delicious hot appetizer.
