PREPARATION
We select the best chicken thighs and add shallot, tomatoes, bay leaf, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. We chop, cook and brown all the ingredients together to offer you a taste of the Emilian "countryside" at your own home.

This ragù goes very well with short pasta or egg-based pasta. It is tasty yet not overwhelming and can be enjoyed in any season.
