Our homage to the beloved chickpea humus. A very pleasant fresh and sour scent and a very pleasant texture to spread.

PREPARATION
We cooked the chickpeas with carrot, celery and onion with the addition of sage, bay leaf, garlic and pepper. All for a couple of hours. In the end we blended everything with extra virgin olive oil and lime.

On bread, with breadsticks or as an accompaniment to vegetables (excellent with cherry tomatoes) and exceptional with octopus.

67% chickpeas, carrot, onion, celery, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, salt, garlic, pepper, bay leaf, sage.
