Shipping and Delivery
BOTTEGA DA RE entrusts the delivery of its products to the courier company MBE ed SDA.
As soon as your products have been dispatched, you can track the delivery of your package with the code sent to the e-mail address you specified when you made the order.
Shipping costs are specified before the final order and vary depending on the courier option you choose for your shipping.
Shipping to Italy
Delivery times vary between 24/48 working hours (72 for delivery to the islands) after payment and completing of the order.

Free - Free shipping costs for orders of more than €60,00.
Deliveries abroad
For shipments to European and non-European countries, Bottega Da Re uses the express courier company MBE.
Delivery times vary between 48 and 72 hours from the payment and execution of the order.
The various shipping costs based on destination and weight of the purchased products are:
- France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria: 0-10 kg € 21,5, 10-20 kg € 24,5
- Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Portugal Finland, Switzerland, Slovenia and England: 0-10 kg € 25,5, 10-20 kg € 28,5
- Norway: 0-10 kg € 82,5, 10-20 kg € 131,5
- Croatia: 0-10 kg € 29,5, 10-20 kg € 35,5
- Greece: 0-10 kg € 88,5, 10-20 kg € 120,5
- Russia: 0-10 kg € 108,5, 10-20 kg € 174,5
- Switzerland: 0-5 kg € 32,5, 5-10 kg € 38,5, 10-20 kg € 44,5

Processing of your order
Once we have confirmed that the products you have ordered are available, your order is processed and entrusted to the express courier within 24/72 hours.
Your products will be delivery to you within 24/72 hours from the time they are given to the courier, excluding weekends and holidays. The times indicated apply to delivery on the Italian peninsula and the main islands.
Orders confirmed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Delivery methods
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are specifically defined at the time of placing the order. Payments must be made by means of the method chosen at the time of placing the order.
We do not take liability for any damages caused by delays in the delivery that are not directly attributable to us.
BOTEGADARE.IT does not take liability for any delay in the order processing or for delivery of the ordered goods.
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, dry and in no other way altered.
BOTTEGA DA RE is not responsible for delays of over 48 hours for delivery to poorly connected areas (areas not frequently serviced by mainstream transportation networks) and / or areas poorly served by current delivery centres. Areas that are poorly serviced may be subject to a surcharge.
In case no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a written notice. The courier will attempt delivery the following day. Thereafter, if the recipient would like the package to be HELD AT THE DEPOSIT he/she must contact the relevant branch of the courier to request that the goods be held at the branch, after which the package can be collected personally. Following a few unsuccessful attempts, the goods will be returned to BOTTEGA DA RE and storage and shipping costs will be charged.
The express courier does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
