The great leavened products take a privileged place in the FORNO line. Products like the Panettoni, the Pandoro and the Colomba are created following the steps from the original recipes of the Michelin starred restaurant L’Erba del Re.

The variegated Panettone with chocolate and the Chocolate and Pears Pandoro are the perfect flavours for the winter holidays, while the Classic Panettone with candied fruit, raisins and almonds is produced all year around.

The Colomba in its classic version is also seasonal, a delicious Easter dessert.

From the oven, not only sweetness

From FORNO is not all sweetness. Il Panettone Gastronomico offered in the Classic and Ai Salumi(charcuterie) variants, is the great leavened product perfect for appetisers and aperitifs to customise as desired and serve in the timeless form of sandwiches with different fillings.

The” Classic” dough has a delicate flavour suitable for savoury fillings, but thanks to its semi-sweet touch it offers equal satisfaction with sweet combinations.

The “Ai Salumi” dough is by contrast intended for delicious meat, fish and vegetable based fillings, without forgetting the inevitable artisanal sauces to spread.
