PREPARATION
We select the best vegetables and prepare them carefully, which allows them to showcase and maintain their natural flavours. They are prepared using our original manual methods of browning and cooking, alongside an abundance of fresh oil.
Delicious as a side dish, a very pleasant appetiser or as a delicacy to be enjoyed by the spoonfuls! It’s structure, combined with strong hints of almonds and aubergines, also lends itself to being a condiment for a semolina pasta (perhaps handmade?).
